Dr. Siegal Cookie Diet (by a doctor from Miami, Florida, who has been marketing this cookie program since the 1970s), The Smart For Life Cookie Diet (in which organic constituents cookie, and also has a medically supervised and a "Home" plan version) and the Hollywood Cookie Diet, so called because all the celebrities who allegedly? followed this diet. The latter has the nutritious cookie ingredients, representing 10% of the daily value for iron in each cookie, and 20% of the daily value for calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C.

The way the diet works is that you have a "cookie" to each meal and snack time, a total of four to six cookies per day (depending on your plan) for the daily calories? Reception of cookies? of 500 calories. Then balance the day with a healthy dinner consisting of lean protein and vegetables. Your own? Healthy eating can be more than 500 calories, and your daily intake is still less than 1200 calories, a level at which most you can lose weight and not fast (about two pounds per week).
